ABSOLUTELY love Sam. Went to one place and denied. Came to Sam and family (with the same money from the first dealership) and put me in a very nice SUV! Not only that, I had OPTIONS!!! 💪

I would like to recognize Samantha for her outstanding customer service. She is a great person overall and has always been helpful, kind, and understanding from the start. She works with customers on their payments and takes the time to make sure they understand their options. Whenever I come into the office and I don't see her, I'm always looking for her because she has made such a positive impact on my experience. She is truly a people person and always treats everyone with respect and compassion. I appreciate all of her hard work, dedication, and the excellent service she provides. I loveee my car and Joppa car and truck, They have great deals, easy in-house financing, and an amazing staff. Any issue I had was fixed right away with no problems. Excellent customer service and a great experience overall!
